REVIEW - TAREK by Nikki Landis

Tarek works as a bail bondsman for Booker Daniels Bail Bonds and they always got their man. As a wolf-shifter his tracking skills were excellent.

Returning to the office after an especially tiring chase he comes to a stop when he sees the woman standing in the middle of his boss's office. A woman who he had deliberately hurt after her brother Ronin refused to let him date her.

Synna couldn't get out of the bonds office fast enough. Tarek watched as she drove away and was determined that she wasn't getting away from him this time. Regardless of what her brother thought.

Synna's brother was VP of the Lords of Wrath MC and had grown up with these dangerous men looking out for her since their parents had died. After spending the last four years at studying at the University of Arizona it was time to come home. And somehow avoid the man who had broken her heart.

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. Synna may have grown up around the MC, but Ronin was determined to keep Synna protected from Club business, but the main thing was she not be aware that the members of the MC had special characteristics. The members of the Lords of Wrath were shifters.

This book is action-packed and full of danger. While hiding in Tarek's home on the Reservation. Synna gets an enlightening view into his Indian heritage. This book is full of the violence, angst and smoking-hot chemistry you would expect in a MC romance along with a paranormal twist.

All of Nikki Landis's MC series are interconnected in some way and I highly recommend them - no matter which series you start reading.
