Lacey wasn't having the best day. Not only was she in a cemetery with her arms and legs bound, but now she is having an asthma attack and her inhaler was out of reach.
She is gasping for air when an angry man demanded to know who she pissed off as he unties her and retrieves her inhaler.
But she wasn't the target. She was kidnapped and dumped in the cemetery as a warning to her dad who was a judge. The threat was obvious - do as they demand or next time she won't be alive.
Through the headlights of the Harley Davidson, she noticed that her huge rescuer was wearing a scary-looking mask over his face. He told her his name was Skeletor and he would make sure she was safe.
I loved this book. It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. This story has its own HEA, but I would highly recommend that you check out the other books in this series as the characters are recurring and some history on some of the different MC franchises, and especially the 'Devil's Ride' will pull everything together.
If you like dark MC romance then Nikki Landis is a must-read author. Her MC books are interconnected so it is definitely worth checking out her reading order to understand some of the other MC clubs. All of the MC series have a touch of the paranormal to them to add even more danger and excitement to the stories.
