REVIEW - SOLE SURVIVOR by Candice Wright

Rue wakes up to loud voices. She is freezing cold and can't stop shaking. She reaches for her blanket, but her hands won't cooperate. Then she realizes something is terribly wrong. She is not in bed but instead on damp soil.

When she is finally able to crack her eyes flashes of light surround her and the sound of dogs barking. An officer is holding her telling her she's going to be alright when the darkness takes her away again.

Rue wakes in a hospital room bruised and battered feeling like she was hit by a Mack truck. But with no memory of how she got there. No memories at all. Then she finds out that she is the sole survivor of the serial killer they call the Lullaby Killer. He doses his victims with a drug that takes away all their memories before brutally killing them.

OMG!!! I absolutely loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. Rue wakes to find that she is the latest victim of a serial killer that she had been assisting the police in apprehending.

This book is action-packed, full of danger, intrigue and suspense. This smoking hot dark romance will have you turning the pages as you try to figure out who the killer is. Just when you think you have it figured out there are doubts that make you reconsider.

Just when I was wondering about a possibility this author totally pulled the rug out and gave this story a massive twist. And nothing you believed to be true was correct.

This is the first time I have read anything written by Candice Wright, but she has now been added to my one-click list! Amazing story! Can't recommend it enough!
