I loved this book. It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. This book can be read as a standalone, but I would suggest you read the complete series as the characters are recurring and you get to know all the MC brothers personally. If you haven't read Nikki Landis, all of her MC series are interconnected and if you like her books I highly recommend hitting her read in order list.
This book is action-packed and full of danger. Not only is his woman in danger, but Rael finds out things of his own history that answer several questions about their enemies and why he is being targeted. This book has its own HEA, but we do get a peek into Chrome's upcoming story.
If you like smoking hot dark shifter MC romance, go no further. Highly recommend!
