REVIEW - BOUND BY THE GODDESS by Selina Bevan

The Morrigan left her court to their celebrations. It had been centuries since the witches had turned her plans against her, trapping her in a veil. She may be surrounded by her court, but she wanted nothing to do with the gaiety around her, especially since her twelve warriors could not crack the veil.

Returning to her chamber, she was drawn to the mirror that had just appeared on the complete back wall of her wardrobe. The mirror was great for supplying her with news—hopefully, today, it would be news of her warriors.

But she just looked at the image in confusion. Who were these three men in modern clothes who were lamenting that they would never find a woman who could handle them? She tilted her head at their conversation ignoring the taunting comments from the ravens behind her that she wasn't a matchmaker.

She was The Morrigan, and she was determined to find these men the perfect match. The witches who had trapped her here would pay for their betrayal, and this band of witches was part of her plan.

I loved this book! It is very well written, and the characters are fully developed and relatable. This is a paranormal witches' reverse harem romance. Knox, Finlay, and Rhydian were on the hunt for a woman to fill the void they couldn't seem to fill. When a distracted woman bumped into them, they looked at each other confusedly. They all began to feel lightheaded and looked in horror at the tattoos that appeared on their chests.

Edin was sitting with her best friend when chaos ensued. For the last week, her fire had gone haywire, and she had lost all control. She was catching things on fire and had no idea why or how to make it stop.

If you like witchy things and reverse harems, you will enjoy this book. The tentacles and shadows threw me, but once I got over Knox and his witch-shifting abilities. Knox is the charmer, Finlay is the studious one, and Rhydian is the broody one. 

This book is action-packed and smoking hot. I totally enjoyed this book, and even though there is an HEA for Edin and her harem of three it left me with questions about Rhydian's past which will hopefully be answered in the underlying backstory about the Witches Counsel when this series continues.

Looking forward to Veronica's story and what The Morrigan has in store for those who betrayed her. Highly recommend!
