REVIEW - BEYOND THE MOUNTAIN SKY by Gwyn McNamee

Liam has been in a nightmare ever since Willow's memory returned and the mystery as to where she had been for the last year was answered. He was excited that her nightmare had ended, but the second he looked into identical eyes, his started.

He has been avoiding his brother's attempts to get him to open up. He wouldn't be able to explain it to them even if he could talk about it. The knowledge of where he truly came from was almost more than he could handle.

He couldn't put off traveling home up the mountain any longer and was just making the final turn out of town when something caught the glare of his headlights. Slamming on the brakes, he jumps from his truck to find an English bulldog sitting in the middle of the road. 

There is nothing for miles around as his family owns the whole mountain. Where did the dog come from?

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. Although this book has its own HEA, this series must be read in order as it revolves around the McBride brothers and their stories intertwine and you need the context from the previous book.

Oh, Gizmo! This book has a very unexpected main secondary character who was a huge part of this story. A woman running from a dangerous past and a dog who hates men... except he LOVES Liam.

This book is action-packed, spicy hot, and full of mystery and suspense. Like the previous book, Gwyn McNamee leads you on a ride full of suspense and very unexpected twists. 

I can't wait to read Connor's story because after all the trouble that found his brother's, I can even imagine what danger is coming to McBride Mountain next! Highly recommend!
