REVIEW - DEAD GIRLS NEVER TALK by SJ Sylvis

Journey was back at St. Mary's Boarding School after being presumed dead for nearly eight months. She had received a note from Cade to meet in the courtyard and she had been excited to talk to him before returning to the orphanage during the school's break.

Instead, she was kidnapped and taken to the Covenant Psychiatric Hospital. No one listened to the fact that she shouldn't be there. But Journey found out the truth about the hospital and what was hidden underneath. She just needed to find a way out.

Cade and his friends, Isaiah and Brantley, had been born to monsters, and they banded together to have them thrown in prison. Now they had to make sure they stayed there as they worked to dismantle their gun-running operation.

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. This series needs to be read in order. Each book has its own HEA, but the storyline continues from one book to the next.

Journey and Cade had been secretly meeting each other whenever they could before she was kidnapped. Now other secrets are coming out and twists that take you deeper into the darkness.

This book is action-packed, full of danger and suspense and dark elements. If you love dark romance you will devour this series. St. Mary's is an elite boarding school with students with parents deep in the underworld involved in gun-running and sex trafficking. Highly recommend!
