Searcy was not a happy camper and she didn't care who knew it. That included the customers at their family diner. Posy and a few other Truth Teller MC brothers were waiting for service at their favorite diner, and he couldn't take his eyes off the sexy woman in the short shorts and boots as she gave a rude customer a piece of her mind.
The woman had a chip on her shoulder, but he couldn't take his eyes off of her as her wild temper took hold. She was mesmerizing as she yelled to everyone that the only thing on the menu that day was 'grilled cheese' and if they had a problem, they could leave and go somewhere else to eat. Luckily, the grilled cheese is why he and his brothers come there to eat.
Searcy has had enough. Her mother took off and left her siblings at the dentist's office and she had an obnoxious customer to deal with. Since her father died a few years ago she had been left to clean up her mother's messes and make sure her siblings get the care they need.
And to top off her bad day she has clients dropping her because they decided to go the AI route for their book cover designs. At this rate, she will be stuck in this dump forever.
Posy was a paramedic and former Seal, but when he came home to take care of his younger sister. The only thing next to her and the Truth Teller MC was his farm. It still needed a ton of work but he wouldn't be anywhere else.
I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. Even though this book has its own HEA and can be read as a standalone I highly suggest your read this series in order as the characters are recurring.
This book is action-packed and when Searcy comes into a windfall her life becomes even more dangerous. Usually the alpha bikers are the ones with the attitude, but Searcy has a temper and she is not afraid to light into anyone. She definitely keeps everyone on their toes.
