REVIEW - THE ESCAPE by Eve M Riley

Aiden is just a small child and he doesn't understand the language the man and woman visiting the orphanage are speaking is just knows they are freezing and hungry and feels they can help him.

Aiden has come a long way from the child living in the deplorable orphanage in Romania. He wrote an algorithm where New Yorkers shared their best fountain soda locations and it just sold for billions.

Now he has money and nothing to do. He is a geek. Writing code is all that he knows. But when his assistant asks him where he could go now that he could go anywhere in the world all he could think about was the island somewhere in Thailand staring at him from his screensaver.

Emma is sitting in a board meeting listening in shock as they announce that the law firm is going to be restructuring and that the corporate division is where they planned to start cutting costs. The corporate division... the divisions she runs. Not what she wants thrown at her the day she is leaving for her three-week vacation to Thailand. Especially since her nemesis is watching her in glee.

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. Aiden was totally out of his comfort zone in the hostel in Thailand, but the beautiful, feisty woman demanding to speak to the manager is starting to make it worth while.

Aiden and Emma couldn't be more different. He was an introverted geek who gets lost in code. But when he sees her color-coded spreadsheet of the local attractions, he falls in love.

I really loved Aiden and Emma. Aiden totally came out of his comfort zone when he offered to watch over her after an injury. But misunderstandings almost destroy everything. This book is steamy hot and will have you turning the pages as Emma tries to fight for her career and with Aiden's secret about who he is. Highly recommend!
