Then Elle told her to update her resume and apply to be a personal assistant in an exotic location. Like a paid vacation. Elle is at the gym and as she is staring at her usual eye candy is distracted by a report on CNN. Remington Davenport, the billionaire, was about to be released from the hospital and would need an assistant while he recovered.
I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. Warning - this series is about the calamity that is Rayne so don't expect a happily-ever-after at the of this book.
Rayne is hilarious. This book is totally her POV and the justifications in her head will keep you laughing. Remington is an egotistical pain with no moral compass that Rayne feels a fatherly affection for despite his manipulations. Hale is the oldest son whom Elle referred to as THE OTHER and totally out of Rayne's orbit. He is rich, gorgeous and has his life together. But even those in control have life throw them in a loop.
You will laugh and you will shake your head, but you will have no choice but to turn the pages to see what calamity Rayne will find herself in next. Just when she thinks she has adulting down pat and will get her happlily ever after a nightmare tears her life apart.
Highly recommend and can't wait to continue this series!
