Beckett had come directly from LAX to his office to catch up after his weekend in Las Vegas for the finale of a show he co-judges on when his assistant called asking if he had checked social media or the entertainment news. I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. I love how interconnected these characters are not only within the series but how they connect throughout many of Scarlett Avery's series. Gives the characters more depth since you have met them previously throughout other stories.
Arianne is late for a meeting with a prospective client when the power goes out and she is stuck in the elevator with an annoying man. Her temporary 'roomie' may smell like heaven on earth, but she is so done with men after the humiliation she left behind two years ago.
This book is action-packed from start to finish. This book is smoking hot and will keep you laughing and turning the pages as it twists and turns giving Beckett and Arianne their perfect HEA. Highly recommend!
