Despite Miss Annabelle Abbott, along with her younger sister Victoria, owning a charming bookstore they are not welcomed by most of the Ton because of their Indian heritage and their older disabled sister.
Viscount Perth had writing aspirations and was enchanted the second he stepped into the bookstore.
I really enjoyed this short story. It is a very sweet love-at-first-sight romance as Annabelle fights her feelings of not fitting in and Lucas faces a tragedy of the past.
