REVIEW - HE SAW ME DIE IN SEDONA by Lee Erikson

Flint sits cross-legged as the new arrivals get situated before him, to lead them through relaxing breathing exercises before the start of the retreat.

As he takes in and releases his breaths, he feels a cold shiver go down his spine and freezes as a muddled vision of a woman underwater comes over him. A warning. Something that he ignored in the past that ended in disaster when he didn't take action.

When he saw her step out of her vehicle for that week's retreat, he knew that he wouldn't be ignoring the signs again.

Amelia steps out of the SUV with her best friend, Clair, after she talked her into attending a spiritual retreat with her. She was already regretting agreeing, especially when Clair gets a call to return home for a family emergency.

Amelia is an architect between projects and needed to get away from the pressure of waiting for the board to vote between her and another colleague for a major promotion.

But the longer she is in Sedona, the less skeptical she becomes, although she doesn't understand her reactions to the place, especially stepping into the medicine wheel.

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. I found this book to be very well researched, both the area area and the spiritual vortex.

Flint has built the retreat to help others find spiritual healing and energy only found in Sedona. But, when he has a vision and then the woman is standing before him a few hours later, he knows he will do anything to keep her safe.

This book is told in multiple POVs, in addition to Flint and Amelia. Between Flint's visions and the POV of another character, the suspense builds as one makes a decision that brings danger to Sedona.

I highly enjoyed this story and couldn't put it down once I started. A slow-burn romance with visions of deadly intent. Highly recommend.
