Classically trained since childhood, award-winning actor and audiobook narrator, David Allen Vargo, has worked professionally as both an actor and director in a multitude of regional productions.
When theaters closed during the pandemic, he discovered the wonderful world of audiobooks and put his acting, directing, and technical skills to work in the recording booth he installed in his home.
Authors and listeners love how he brings to life everyone from alpha-males to doting grandmothers in his consistently well-received audiobook performances. In his free time, David still acts and directs for professional local theatres.
He also enjoys playing with his three spoiled but lovable cats.
