REVIEW - SOUTHERN BOMBSHELL by Jessica Peterson

Milly Beauregard is a highly sought after wedding planner from a very affluent family.  Nate Kingsley is a Master Distiller fighting to keep his low-life gambling father from losing their family legacy.  And their relationship was a secret...because their families have been feuding for hundreds of years.

Milly is trying to keep a neutral professional face during this initial meeting with bride and groom, but was having a hard time as she stares at the man who had shattered her heart two years ago when he left her with no explanation.  What had her life come to that she was planning the wedding of her ex?

I loved this book!  It is very well written and the characters are wonderful!  Milly's brothers are hilarious and Nate's father is only interested in himself.  I love Milly.  Milly had always considered happiness to be based on her accomplishments and who she bumped shoulders with.

Nate had made his choice when he walked away from Milly and despite knowing his past relationship Reese had her heart set on having the best wedding planner available.  So now on top of trying to keep his father from making his wedding a media circus, he was having memories that he had no business recalling.

This book is action-packed and gives you all the feels.  This is the first time I've read anything by Jessica Peterson and after meeting Milly's brothers I am looking forward to reading their stories.  I highly recommend this book!
