REVIEW - BILLIONAIRE GRUMP by Julie Capulet

Ivy's best friend is reinforcing what she knows is a bad decision, but she has to give it one last try before writing her dad off. Like he did to her and her brother Josh years ago when he divorced her mom for his secretary and ensured he only had the minimum basics of child support since he was a divorce attorney.

When the Uber pulled up in front of her dad's home she felt she was in an alternate universe. They had lived in their aunt's basement until she was able to buy a place in Soho to raise her teenage brother after their mother's death. But before her is a McMansion. A place she and her brother were never invited or had even met their seven-year-old twin brothers.

She is truly not surprised when her knock goes unanswered. Even though he was expecting her. What she didn't expect was for the door to be open... so she called out and after receiving no answer grabbed a pen and paper for a note inviting him to his oldest son's high school graduation.

Alexander hates that he agreed to be Blake's best man. The wedding is that weekend and his crazy ex who won't take no when he says it is over will be unavoidable as she is the wedding planner. And she isn't the only one at the wedding that he wants to avoid.

He has never felt a connection with a woman for more than a one-night stand despite the women trying their best. He and his brothers were described as 'Manhattan's Most Gorgeous Billionaire Bachelors' making all the women see nothing beyond dollar signs.

When he arrives at the offices of Invested Enterprises he realizes that his brothers Noah and Colton don't need his advice... they are staging an intervention. They are worried about his workaholic ways and when they find out that he is going away for the weekend and his reservations about being around his ex, they talk him into hiring a fake date to act as a decoy.

I loved this story! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. This story can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend that you read book one of this series to get the full dynamics of these brothers and OH MY GAWD!!!! I think I love Alexander more than Cash! How did that happen?

Ivy is a singer/songwriter and social media influencer. Both of which helped her purchase a home for her and her brother, but when Cleo told her the amount that the Maddox brothers were willing to pay for her to be a fake-date she agreed. Anything to help pad Josh's college fund as he was accepted to Columbia.

Alexander inherited the reins of his family's empire after their father died. A job that he started learning as a child. All of his focus was on business as his personal life has made him a bit jaded and believing that he wasn't meant to have a family... until he set eyes on his fake date. He was enthralled from the second he saw her and he wasn't letting her go after the weekend.

This book is action-packed, smoking hot with a few twists. These brothers - swoon! Julie Capulet has her work cut out for her because I don't know how Noah and Colton will be able to top Alexander! Highly recommend!
