REVIEW - HARD HAT HOTTIE by LM Fox

Harrison hated being late to the construction site, but it seemed to be his norm lately and now he is behind someone taking a leisurely pace which only frustrated him more. Making a mad dash for the scaffolding over the Candy Cane Key Emergency Room doors he hopes he hasn't missed her.

His foreman just chuckles at him knowing exactly what he is doing saying he didn't think she was here today. His obsession. He has never met the gorgeous nurse with the tattoo on her arm that reminds him of mermaid scales under the scalding Florida heat but meeting her eyes and seeing her matching smile lights up his day.

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. Although this story has its own HEA I would suggest that you read his brother Matthew's story as the characters are recurring and you get a full understanding of the stress Harrison lives with caring for their mother who has advanced stage Alzheimers.

Harlow is a single mother with two sons by two separate ex-husbands and even though she fantasizes about the hot hat hottie working on the hospital expansion she has a history of bad choices in men.

This book is action-packed and has all the feels. When Harrison removed his t-shirt working under the baking Florida sun all I could picture was Lucky. The chemistry between Harrison and Harlow sizzles without them having ever met and just gets hotter when they finally met. Well, the first time Harrison remembers they met. Their meet-cute is absolutely hilarious and what is even funnier is he doesn't remember it.

This book will make you laugh, but you will also have tragic tears. Another great story by LM Fox. She is one of my one-click authors and if you haven't read her books you definitely need to.

Highly recommend!
