REVIEW - THE ENEMY IN MY BED by LK Shaw

Mila urges the woman to hurry before Mikhail knows they are missing.  He will not hurt another woman if she has anything to say about it, but the woman pulls back when she hears her husband calling her name.

While Mikhail is distracted by this woman's husband she climbs the wall to make her escape.  But, then she is taken and thrown in the trunk of a car.  She wakes to being put in a chair and arms and legs being restrained and Death wanting answers.

Pierce is not only Jacob's second-in-command in the Brooklyn Kings syndicate, but his cousin and best friend and he is determined to get this Russian woman to give him the information he needs to make the Russians who abused his sister pay.  And he is willing to do anything in order to get the information he needs from her.

I love Mila and Pierce's story!  Their story starts immediately from Brenna's rescue in book one of the series and is action-packed from page one.  Pierce doesn't let emotion control his life and despite his hate for anything Russian and his determination to get information from Mila no matter the methods it only takes a few days before everything changes.

This book is action-packed, steamy hot and full of mafia retribution.  Highly recommend!
