I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. Warning to those with triggers. This book is full of depravity, rape, physical abuse and murder. It is action packed and full of danger.
I love Adrian. This man is brutal and not afraid to put a bullet to your head, but the gentleness and care he takes with Valentina is what makes him human. He will do anything to protect her and help her heal from the torture at the hands of her father and fiance.
There are so many things I want to say about this story, but most will contain a spoiler. The chemistry between Adrian and Valentina is scorching hot. There are twists and turns and a heartbreaking cliffhanger. All it took was a photo to bring it all crashing down.
Highly recommend and excited to read the conclusion!
