REVIEW - MASTER HEIMDALL by Rogue London & Ann Jensen

Gabriel could choke his previous employee right now. He had up and left for Greece to be with his boyfriend which left him looking for a replacement. But tonight he was taking a much needed break to spend time with his best friends since college.

They were all co-owners of three BDSM clubs - Midgard, Valhalla and Asgard and they had Erik to thank for it all. He was the only one out of them - Erik, Noah, Lincoln, Colin, Declan, Jared and Marissa - not from an affluent family and decided to charge admission to their themed private college parties to help him pay for college.

They had no idea how it would pay off years later. Erik managed the clubs and the others made their rounds making sure everything ran smoothly. Not that he has time to enjoy the clubs and blow off steam lately.

When he arrived at Erik's penthouse Mari told him that she had the perfect person for the assistant position at G&H Security, the security firm that he co-owned with Lincoln and Colin. Gabriel had his doubts but agreed to an appointment.

Rose had moved a lot during her childhood because of her father's position in the Air Force so it felt natural to be a globe-trotting concierge. But now she was back home to help her best friend Mari organize her parent's estate. It was the perfect opportunity to make a career change as she didn't have the same excitement in the hotel industry as before.

Now she stood in front of the skyscraper for an interview with a security firm. Mari assured her she was perfect for the job. She wasn't so sure.

I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. Each of the Masters of Midgard books have their own HEA, but this series is based around a group of eight college friends so I would suggest that you read the complete series. I have to admit that this is my favorite to date and I love them all.

This is a Mr. Grumpy/Miss Sunshine romance that is full of action and smoking hot. Gabriel has rules and the top of the list is not to get involved with his employees. Rose disagrees and is determined to change his mind.

Rogue London and Ann Jensen are both excellent writers on their own but put them together and you are guaranteed an amazing story that keeps you turning the pages. Highly recommend!
