Lennon can't believe that her parent's have sent her to Camp Campitree...which is not a camp at all! Her twelve year old body is exhausted and hurting. They were given a number when they arrived and was all they were addressed as by the guards, but she learns that her saviors are Abel, Bishop, Wells and Ronan. Even the bully gives his name.
Five years later Lennon moves from Texas with her aunt back to Minnesota and arrives at Loxley Prep. She's standing in line to get her class schedule when a jerk steps in front of her. A too beautiful to look at jerk who smells wonderful, but she gets a flashback of him being dirty, smelly and a lot shorter. All four of the guys are at Loxley Prep. Bishop is the Lit and Comp teacher and the others are students like her. She has tracked them down and is here to get answers.
This is one of the most gripping books I've read in a while. Traitor is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. This is book one in the Loxley Prep trilogy and what a start to this story. Camp Campitree should be called Camp of Nightmares. It is even more twisted when you find out why Lennon is there and who sent her.
This book is action-packed from page one and you won't be able to put the book down as you search for answers in this reverse harem dark suspense romance. It is full of danger, suspense and smoking hot sexual scenes. This is my first time reading Hattie Jude and this storyline has several surprising twists and a major cliffhanger. Highly recommend!
