Hawkin wonders who is knocking on his door in the middle of a blizzard. He lives in the mountains and no one should be around so he grabs his rifle as he heads for the door. When he opens the door he is shocked to see it's his best friend's daughter. She's the reason he stopped visiting. He shouldn't be having the thoughts he does when she is around. It was better to stay away.
After her dad beat her again she went to the only place she felt safe. To the only person she wanted to be with.
I really liked this book. It's an erotic forbidden age gap short story. The book is well written and I loved the characters. Especially Hawkin. It has a few surprises along the way.
Forbidden age gap romance is not a genre I normally read, but I will definitely look for more books by Frankie Love.
