This book is absolutely amazing! It will take you in directions you aren't expecting.
I love the characters in this book. They are all well developed and I felt part of the small town of Sharp's Cove. JR Pace makes these characters come to life.
Natalie is amazing. Despite the trauma of the rape that almost killed her she not only survived but became sheriff. And the man who she thought had ruined her life actually gave her back her life.
Hunter was a tormented man. In doing what he thought was right he realized too late the real damage he cost Natalie, but it was too late once the course was taken. He would do anything for love - even prison.
I would highly recommend this book. It is a wonderful mystery full of romance and suspense. This book is screen-worthy. Looking forward to reading more in this series.
