This is book two of the Sinful Pleasures series. This story starts exactly where book one left off and although you know Rayna and Davian's story would continue there was not a real cliffhanger. NOT so with book two!
The book starts out with a MAJOR fact that Davian has yet to reveal to Rayna for fears her reaction would make her hate him. After a month of being at the abusive hands of the monster, Rui, Davian is finally able to rescue her only to find out that the facts they knew about her parents were so wrong.
When Davian thinks that he is finally about to destroy Rui his life is shattered. Will he and Rayna survive?
All I can say is WOW! Did NOT see the twist and turns A.L. Long took me in with this book. Still can't get over the last page! Well done!
Highly recommend this book and series! Can't wait to see what A.L. Long comes up with next.
